In order to provide smoother patient care, they have the opportunity to book an appointment:
Acute Illness: Examination for complaints that have existed for 24-48 hours: fever, earache, etc. Please refer to the on-call traumatology on the surgossegi.info website for recent traumatic injuries: fall, limb injury, foreign body ingestion.
Vaccination: : Recommended vaccination. If the child has a mandatory SCREENING according to his age, then this is NOT the right time for you. Please contact the office by phone or e-mail so that we can schedule a consultation dedicated to the screenings!
Reconciliation of documents/complaints: license, specialist recommendations, medical certificates, laboratory interpretation, complex reconciliation of long-standing complaints
Registration at the practice: Persons with a permanent (!) address or place of residence (accommodation is not sufficient) in the area served by the practice cannot register their child at the practice with an address card outside the area.
Stamping of the maternity care book: Stamping the book of a mother living at a territorially competent address – indication of intention to practice
We monitor your child’s development with regular screening tests.
The place of the preventive order is the counselor until the age of 2. Please arrive before the specified time and undress down to diapers/underwear in the waiting room until the age of 2! From the age of 3, the location of the preventive appointment is the patient’s office, but we hold the preventive appointment at a separate time.
You can only come to the preventive appointment in person or at an agreed time by phone, if a screening test is planned based on the child’s age, please contact us 4-5 weeks before the scheduled date via our contact details to get an appointment in time!
Please bring the child’s booklet/vaccination book and any medical documentation that has not been previously agreed upon to screening examinations. Under the age of 2, 2 cloth diapers and pre-arranged vaccinations.
There are screening tests at the following times, at which appearance is mandatory! In addition to the mandatory vaccinations according to age, I have listed the vaccinations recommended for that age with a (-) sign.

At the age of 3 months, additional vaccinations: Infanrix (Rotarix, Bexsero)

At the age of 2, additional recommended vaccinations (Twinrix Jr, tick-borne encephalitis)
At the age of 3: please fill out the online SDQ questionnaire!
At the age of 4: please fill out the online SDQ questionnaire!
At the age of 5: please fill out the online SDQ questionnaire!
Additional vaccinations at the age of 6: Tetraxim, please fill out the online SDQ questionnaire! (Quadrivalent meningococcus)
